Louis has been an entrepreneur all his life, owning and operating many family businesses over his 48 years in catering. It all started with his love for cooking and after doing his service in the US Navy he went on to learn the culinary arts at both The Culinary Institute of New York and The Dunwoody Institute. Over his 48 years in the food service industry Louis founded and sold many businesses in his life; sub shops, off-premise catering, full service sit down restaurants and catering halls but now he is onto his newest adventure, Dads Food Truck.
